We are happy to ship giftware or other non-perishable items via standard ground shipping for a flat rate.

DELIVERY PRECAUTIONS: Should you request to leave a delivery at the door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave deliveries at the door/porch/steps. Although we will gladly follow such instructions, the customer must understand that we cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged products because of this. Customers should know that deliveries left at the door may be exposed to heat, freezing temperatures or direct sunlight which may cause damage and shorten the life of the product. Floral Expressions Boutique assumes no liability in such situations.
MISSING OR INCORRECT DELIVERY FEE
Our goal is your complete satisfaction with your customer experience. We realize that mistakes can happen and will work with you to ensure that we are able to meet your delivery needs.
Missing or Short Paid Delivery Fees
Orders submitted for local delivery that are either missing the Delivery Fee or contain an incorrectly selected Delivery Fee resulting in additional charges due are at risk of not being fulfilled/delivered.
Floral Expressions Boutique will attempt to contact you to obtain authorization to process the charge for the Delivery Fee. We reserve the right to cancel/refund your order if we are unable to make contact in time to create your order and meet your requested delivery date.
Overpayment of Delivery Fee
If an incorrect Delivery Fee is selected resulting in an over payment of the Delivery Fee, a refund will be issued for the amount overpaid.
