RETURN POLICY

Because of the perishable nature of cut flowers, Floral Expressions Boutique does not accept returns on floral arrangements made from the same.  However, if there is a problem with your arrangement, please contact us and we will attempt to find a solution.  Floral Expressions Boutique is not responsible for damaged or spoiled arrangements or bouquets once they have been delivered or if the customer has requested they be left outside at the delivery address.  If your order is already in the process of being created, it cannot be canceled for any reason.  We will accept returns on dry goods (vases, tea, chocolates, dish gardens, terrariums, etc) provided that these items are in their original condition, undamaged and unopened within 14 days of purchase when accompanied with proof of purchase.
